Inner navigation
Inward navigation is the ability to imagine how you want to feel, and then deliberately concentrate on getting to this inner destination any time you're floating off course. The important point is to recognize whenever you are off course emotionally and then navigate back to where you want to be. Breathing can be an important when calming yourself down, and choosing a more peaceful state.
